Anthony and Maureen's album is a great reminder that no two albums are alike. 'Unique' is a word we use a lot around here because every Queensberry album is custom made by hand, especially for you, to reflect your personality and taste... This big album shot and designed by Terry of Blue Rose Studios stood out as it progressed through the bindery, with its white leather cover and ivory pages, and its flip and wing pages. Anthony and Maureen married at the foot of the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, in a small Italian styled wedding at Anthony's parents home. Terry spent time with the couple after To View More >>

Audrey and Xue (Lee) headed home to Taiwan to get married, but approached UK husband and wife photography team Carol and Nicholas Frost (Nicholas Frost Photography) to create something special in and around their current home in Aberdeen, Scotland, on their return. They chose to shoot at various locations around North East Scotland including Castle Fraser, Fyvie Castle, Balmedie Beach and Soul Casino – the idea to really capture the couple’s personalities. Nicholas says that the couple fell in love with their 10×7 Queensberry art album studio samples and commissioned the same for themselves. To View More >>

I don't know how you'll feel about this, but a few days ago I unsubscribed from a customer's Facebook page. I just got sick of the bad taste in my mouth from a stream of quite unpleasant political comments and links in my newsfeed. I personally don't think anyone in business should mix business and politics. Or religion for that matter. Not just because it's unwise to turn off people who might be your customers, but because it's wrong to judge people by their ideology or faith, or the lack of either. I don't care whether they're of the left or the right, in my experience if you can get past people's To View More >>

We have noticed that some areas of Photojunction are experiencing speed issues with the new Mountain Lion (Mac OSX 10.8) upgrade. We have located a design issue where opening images in the layout tab is slow to load. We are currently working to adjust the program with new installers to fix this problem. If you come across any further problems of this nature please email us at info@queensberry.com and let us know. We will let you know when this issue is resolved. Edit: This issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience. Cheers, Amanda To View More >>

Simon and Sophie were married in Taormina, Sicily after choosing a destination wedding for them and their friends and family. They were photographed by Phil Drinkwater from Manchester. Their wedding day preparation began in their traditional Sicilian Villa and the ceremony took place at the end of the main street in an old building via an interpreter. A key moment was walking through the street towards the bar for canapés with the Sicilians passing by wishing them congratulations - a truly unique experience. They spent the rest of the day chatting with friends while taking in the stunning views To View More >>

Many photographers are lone wolves. Not in the hunter gatherer kind of way but in the sense that they work alone and contact with the outside "photographic" world can be limited. However we are in a creative industry and so to keep the creative juices flowing you need to go beyond your doorstep to appreciate and develop as an Artist/Photographer. The great thing about the internet is you can share information, ideas and opinions with fellow photographers easily. Joining the DWF gives you a forum where fellow professionals can be open and frank about the issues that they have been having. Sometimes To View More >>

How much is Workspace worth to you? That depends on what you do with it. We've got people clearing really good money from event photography. They upload the images, apply a price list, publish the collection, and we do the rest. We're told the best part is getting the confirmation emails on your phone! We've got people who'd rather self-fulfil (use their own lab). That's cool, we like loyal customers too. It's more work for you, and you need a Pro plan, but we don't charge commission and the money goes straight into your account. We've got people selling to places they never could before.
