Vimal & Meenal had their Hindu wedding ceremony on the 4th of June 2010, with their registry and reception the next day at the Banqueting House in Whitehall, London. They were photographed by Melgiovanni Photography. The details of this wedding are so stunning, and the photography has captured the tradition, intimacy and fun of the celebration. Here are a few layouts from their 18x12H Duo album. To see more work by Melgiovanni Photography, click here. Cheers, Anna To View More >>

Ashley Loh and Chad Mumm were married at Sodo Park in Seattle on August 20th this year. They were photographed by Laurel McConnell. Ashley's style was romantic, she had her grandmother’s broach re-purposed into a handmade birdcage veil and also wore a really stylish silk belt. And Chad was very James Bond in his tux! The venue was beautiful and historic - set in the heart of the industrial district. Their decor was romantic yet rustic, with herbs for the boutonnieres and eucalyptus candles scenting the room. They even had signature cocktails concocted just for them by a well known New York To View More >>

Lauren and Colin were photographed by Leah Kua at a location that is very special to them - their family property in Kurrajong, New South Wales, Australia. This was their beloved engagement session in preparation for their wedding this year on December 9. They chose a 10x7 Duo to showcase their favourite beloved images as a guest book. This book will eventually become a set, along with their Queensberry wedding album. "Beloved sessions are so incredibly close to my heart as an artist" Leah says, "they are so unique because they capture and celebrate the true beauty and uniqueness of a couples relationship. As To View More >>

We'd love to be there when you hand your bride her Queensberry album. Waiting for her reaction with baited breath. Now times that anxiety by 4-1/2 million and that was New Zealand in the last two minutes of the Rugby World Cup Final. The game was so tight that it came down to a kick from a fourth-choice reserve player from my little home town of Waiuku to clinch the cup. Stand up and take a bow, Stephen Donald. Talk about pressure. Now we can breath again. No we can't! We have an an earthquake, a shipwreck and an election to think about. Plus Christmas. At this time of year the pressure's on everywhere. The images in this Press Album are by photographer James Yeats-Brown, and all were taken on an iPhone using the Hipstamatic app. "I realise there's a bit of a debate brewing over this approach" says James, "but to me a photo is a photo - it has to stand on merit regardless of the means of capture - and if it works in a Queensberry then so much the better! More and more of my clients now own professional grade cameras themselves and I wanted to create something to demonstrate that interesting imagery isn’t just a product of expensive kit. So, although this started as a fun personal project it’s To View More >>

Click here to watch the video on Vimeo. I remember someone in the graphic design industry (quite well known actually) posting a tweet saying, "Colour management is bullshit!" The picture that flashed through my mind was of graphic designers and brand managers hanging out at the printers, tweaking colours on the machine before they sign off on a job… And yet here we are at Queensberry, printing for very fussy photographers (often on the far side of the world), putting the prints into really pricey albums (sight unseen) and flying them at great expense to Europe, or North America, or Hong Kong. This has been a big year for Queensberry. Especially the launch of Queensberry Press. New products, new services, new technology, new price points. The challenge is making it easy for you to get your head around. Why so many products? What’s the difference between them? How much do they cost? We came up with this Good Better Best matrix to map out what we do. Good Better Best is a strategy - having a range of products and services to tempt your clients across a range of price points. Good is your entry level – affordable if you like. Best is aspirational (expensive). Better is in the middle To View More >>

In 2000, when we started doing business in North America, our representative lived in Edmonton, Canada, and our very first clients lived in Houston, Texas, and Sacramento, California. No way could Darlene drop by! It’s a good illustration of our most interesting challenge as an international supplier: getting our products into new clients’ hands for them to touch and feel, no matter where they live. Getting started is an act of faith on your part, and an act of commitment on ours. “You take the first step and we’ll go the extra mile.” It gets even more interesting when the product is To View More >>
