Here's how it works Assuming you’re logged in to Workspace, and your client’s images and albums are ready to share... 1. Click Client Sites in the Workspace top navigation. This takes you to a page that lists any sites you’ve already set up. 2. Click Create New Client Website. You can create one site on the Free or Basic plans, but otherwise you'll need Pro or Pro+ (click here for Workspace plans, prices and features). 3. Give the site a name, which will be used as the site title, and a user-friendly URL. You can also add some text, which will appear at the To View More >>

In Workspace it's so easy to control how you share your images, and who with. From the top... 1. Privacy status - toggle between public (anybody can view the collection), private (people need to know the sharing URL or the password you set), or semi-private (same as private but people can see the feature image - looks so much better on your Workspace website). 2. Enable shopping cart - you can sell images from any collection you choose, even on our Free plan. Coming to mobile slideshows very soon. 3. You can set up as many price lists as you like in Workspace, and choose which one is best for To View More >>

Jennifer from Nova Photography recently changed over to a Workspace hosted site. We had a quick chat with her about the process and why she made the switch. Tell us about yourself and what you do! I'm a Scot/Kiwi, having lived equally on both sides of the globe, I'm a wife and a mother as well as custom portrait photographer! I love to work with families and especially love pregnancy and newborn shoots. Nothing is more amazing to me than creating everlasting memories for my clients and providing them with timeless portraits to look back on and treasure forever! I am also moving in to birth photography To View More >>

We've just removed the password protection from the knowledge base on our Partner website, making most of it accessible to anyone. Most of it's just detailed product and service information that our clients might want to check out from time to time - so it's not like Wikileaks would be interested! - but some of it's a bit sensitive, which is why it's been restricted. Some of you've been saying it's frustrating having to log in, however, which is why we've put most of the content out in the open. The only exception is the Marketing and Business section which is still locked down. That's where all To View More >>

Follow the links for "the story so far" in our series on the recession... Yes, times will be tough for a while but you shouldn't assume the sky is falling. It makes no sense to sacrifice your business and market reputation to survive the short term challenge. Instead you may need to pull your horns in and find ways to prosper while others decline. A good place to start is by analysing your budget and business model, and we have a spreadsheet to help with that. Most people react to the threat of declining sales by saying, "I've gotta cut my costs". Everyone needs to work out their own figures, but To View More >>

Let's wrap up this Problem reporter series and stop ignoring the elephant in the room… Who needs a problem reporter anyway? After all, as we confirmed at the webinar it drives some people nuts. Well I'm glad you asked! I should start by saying it's not an unusual concept. Try googling "pre-flight", for example, and check out the Wikipedia and Adobe listings in particular. What the pre-flight process does in the printing industry is ensure that digital files sent for printing are all present, valid, correctly formatted, and of the desired type. Why? Because, if they're not, the job can't be done. To View More >>

Following the recent webinar covering the Problem Reporter, I decided to cover the problems that happen AFTER the Reporter. First you might encounter problems exporting. Once you get those resolved, you need to send your order. Should be easy enough, and usually it is, but sometimes you can have problems there too. Since we don't have 24 hour support coverage, we thought it might be helpful to post some tips on how to resolve some of those issues too. Now when you go to send your order at 5AM, you might be able to help yourself before you even need us to help you! Problem #1: Photojunction Crashes To View More >>
