No-one likes piracy, so how can you stop people stealing your digital images? There is only one sure method: Store your data on a computer in a secure office - and don't connect it to the internet. Following the recent webinar covering the Problem Reporter, I decided to cover the problems that happen AFTER the Reporter. First you might encounter problems exporting. Once you get those resolved, you need to send your order. Should be easy enough, and usually it is, but sometimes you can have problems there too. Since we don't have 24 hour support coverage, we thought it might be helpful to post some tips on how to resolve some of those issues too. The IT guys are very excited because Queensberry is about to implement a major network upgrade, including a change of providers. We won't know ourselves when it's done. If you have lots of bandwidth at your end you'll notice a substantial speed upgrade when uploading orders. However you could notice a disruption to the following services over the next few days: FTP order uploads Account login (access to our secure server) Photojunction registrations Phone (we use VOIP).
