If you can’t name five things that differentiate you from your competitors, there’s probably only one – your price. Here's what differentiates Queensberry: 1. We believe the way to succeed is to stand out from the crowd, not to join it. There’s less competition, more satisfaction and more pride at the high end of the market … and it’s our job to help get you there. Think of our albums as profit centres, not costs. 2. We’re design-led. The people in your viewfinder will be looking at your albums for much longer than we will. They must look beautiful To View More >>

This week's 'Album of the Week' goes to Lauren Anne Photography. We love Lauren's work, and you can see it featured throughout our website. The festive season is a great time to promote yourself and let your clients know how much you appreciate them. There's no doubt that photographs make fabulous personal gifts, especially in a nice mat, frame or canvas. Personal touches, and adding value to packages, are good ways to have an impact without breaking the bank. 1. Give something away! Everyone loves a freebie. This could be a loose or matted print, or even a Canvas. These items have relatively short turn-around times, so as long as you hold the giveaway far enough in advance, they will have them by Christmas To View More >>

There are — how many? — a million professional photographers around the world? All competing for customers who are happily uploading their own pictures to the internet by the billion every day! How do you stand out in that crowd? How do you earn a living? By being a better photographer, yes. By knowing what your clients want before they do, absolutely. And by thinking differently and acting differently. By being a price setter not a price taker. By leading the crowd, not joining it. Unfortunately the world is heading in the opposite direction. Giant labs. Huge hosting sites. Software To View More >>

Our support team deals with photographers all day, every day. We know how people struggle with technology. And we think the software that professionals use can be part of the problem… making things worse, not better. How does this make sense? - Hosting your images with one provider, but your website somewhere else. Creating customer websites with a third provider, and mobile apps with a fourth. Designing albums with a fifth, and proofing them with a sixth. Branding your blog images with a seventh, but actually blogging somewhere else again! Each time there's another piece of software to To View More >>

Every day we ship products big and small around the world, so what struck us wasn't the Netherlands address tag on this beautiful framed print, but the image itself! We asked the photographer, James Oliver of Jofotografie, and this is the beautiful story he told us… "A year or so after moving to the Netherlands to be with my Dutch wife, I created a series of photographs as a gift for her grandfather, Oene Onijdes, for his 75th birthday. That was about seven years ago. At the time he still worked as a potato farmer, and continued to do so for years to come. This was his shed, To View More >>
